Assisting seniors by optimizing their Medicare Part D prescription drug plan benefit, provide comprehensive evaluation, detailed medication counseling and a myriad of preventive health care screenings.
Owl Movement, Inc.
Build, uplift and empower women and young girls in the community to help others. Angel Mothers for bereaved parents whose children have died.
Manteca Gospel Center Rescue Mission
Homeless Resource Center provides addiction support services, pastoral counseling and referrals. They visit the homeless on the streets and in encampments and distribute survival backpacks.
St. Paul’s United Methodist Church
Giving nutritious bag of groceries bi-weekly. Also receive suggested menu including seven meals, breakfast food and lunch items. Home deliveries available to disabled or elderly.
One Charter Elementary-TLC Academy
Credentialed K-6 community school serving children whose families are in transition anywhere in the county. Mentor advocates assist homeless families in obtaining school recoards and documents.
Stockton Police Youth Activities
Bike Safety Rodeos, educate students and parents. Inspection of bikes by an officer. Participants learn safety ruls and are given a helmet to take home.
World of Wonders Science Museum
An educational hands on science museum in Lodi. Science based exhibits and programs to stimulate discovery for all ages. Science education for preschool through 6th grade. Fun for the whole family.
Women’s Center of San Joaquin County
Safe house for abused women and children. Food, clothing, individual and group counseling. Women learn the dynamics of domestic violence and stages of violence. Improve self-esteem.
Valley CAPS
Day programs for adults with developmental disabilities by maximizing their quality of life according to their choices. Independent life skills, behavorial support and job skills training.

Tracy Volunteer Caregivers
Serve elderly and disabled in Tracy with rides to doctor appointments, light housekeeping, frienly visits, shopping, meals and lawn care. Individualized services, Help people remain independent.

Free football camp during the summer months for at-risk youth in Stockton run by professional football players. Five day camp covers football techniques, healthy living and value of education.
