We provide Meals-on-Wheels to home-bound seniors who are
nutritionally challenged by ability to shop, cook or financially
can’t afford the cost of healthy food.
SFAF provides comprehensive case management for people living
with HIV/AIDS in Placer, El Dorado and Nevada County (where some
of our sicker clients reside.)

speaking adult residents of Western Nevada County. This free
service is provided by tutors who connect one-on-one.

Provides free after school drop-in hours for youth ages 11-25.

Sierra Roots serves the chronically homeless community, reaching
many who have not accessed services from other agencies.
Hospitality House offers a wide variety of services, including
emergency shelter, food, clothing, job-training, outreach
support, mental health counseling, enrichment classes,
transportation and housing assistance.
We provide services to older adults, our mission is to support
the health, wellness, and independence of older adults by
providing them basic need services.
Provides a comprehensive, long-term program aimed at helping
youth who face challenges of poverty, homelessness, and trauma
between the ages of 10 and 18.
FREED provides peer-delivered independent living services to
individuals of any age and with any type of disability.

CBV has provided crisis counseling, emergency shelter, food and
clothing, support groups, and legal advocacy to victims of
violence in Western Nevada County since 1978.
Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northern Sierra supports
relationships between child and positive adult role-model who
encourages a child’s potential and promise for their future.
