Telecommunications Services at the California Public Utilities
and Federal Communication Commission. Providing telephone
communication for individuals who have speech disabilities, and
are unable to place calls without assistance.
We provide youth leadership development, naturalization
assistance, mental health consultation, voter/civic engagement
and leadership development to immigrants and low-wage workers and
home care workers.
