CARECEN works to empower Central Americans, and all immigrants,
by defending human and civil rights, working for social and
economic justice, and promoting cultural diversity.
MALDEF Promotes and protects the civil rights of Latinos in the
areas of Education, Employment, Immigrant Rights, Political
Access and administers scholarships for Law students.
Services for youth and families in poverty. College and career
readiness, school support and social, emotional skills. Provide
opportunities, build skills and develop community leaders.
The organization proudly brings together youth, parents, and
community stakeholders to advocate for safe, healthy, and
non-violent communities in the Eastside of Los Angeles.
We provide working poor families, homeless men, women and
children with the inner resources and tools to become productive,
stable, self-supporting members of the community.
The Boys & Girls Clubs of provides out-of-school youth
programming in three priority outcome areas: Academic
Achievement, Healthy Lifestyles, and Character & Citizenship.
