Q & A:

Name, state department or agency

David Zeux, California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation

What do you enjoy most about working as a Loaned Executive on the OP campaign?

There are so many things, so the top five would be the staff and colleagues; meeting different non-profits and listening to their stories; sharing stories and inspiring others through the campaign; meeting people first hand who have benefited from the campaign; doing good for my community!

Celebrating the success of the campaign
$6.2 million raised in 2015

Every year when the campaign wraps up, we have so many volunteers, agencies, departments and donors to thank! The 2015-16 campaign was a huge success because of our hard-working department and agency chairs, vice chairs and other campaign volunteers, who worked to spread the word about the opportunity to give back, and the 37,000 state employees who contributed to Our Promise: California State Employees Giving at Work.
